Randy graduated Magna Cum Laude in December of 1988 from the University of Akron School of Law. He subsequently completed a Master of Taxation degree from the University of Akron College of Business.
He also received his BA in Finance from the University of South Florida. Randy began his law career as an associate in the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice group of a large Cleveland law firm. Since leaving that position, he has pursued a parallel law and financial services course of career through co-ownership of several family businesses.
His primary role for the towing associations is to design and help launch cooperative shared services programs to capture excess profits otherwise flowing out of member control. In other words, figure out how to pay for association activities with far less new money than we otherwise can. He has worked on several legal issues with towing companies and has completed a thorough Legal review of SB274 on behalf of the Association of Professional Towers – Ohio.
